was designed by MIS locally to meet the requirements the requirements
of Legal Departments at any Investment or Banking institution.
The system is based on Oracle State-of-the Art tools Designer
and Developer 2000. It is fully bilingual and Graphical User
Interface (GUI). The system can be also integrated with other
modules from MIS i.e. General Ledger, Security, and Personnel
and Payroll Modules.
LAS mainly covers the following
sections:
- Client
/ Sponsors Information:
LAS
handles details of Client data like Name, Number, Title,
Phone, Address etc.. LAS also handles Client Account Number,
Account Type, Branch, Bank Facilities, Settlements and Case
Types.
- Court Cases Information:
LAS
handles details of Court Cases information like Court Type,
File No., Decision Description, Decision Date, Formal and
Informal warnings, Case Stage, Expense Details, Settlements
and Executions.
Moreover,
LAS handles sub-details of the
above i.e. Formal Warning details are Client Name, Number,
Notification Date, Publication Date etc…
